Who we are
Our Philosophy
Sonder Strategy Group was founded on a core insight: behind every workplace conflict, misconduct claim, or culture concern is a deeper story. To manage risk effectively, leaders must first understand that story with objectivity, discretion, and strategy.
Our name comes from the word sonder — the realization that every person carries a full and complex internal story. We apply that principle to our work, treating every investigation and engagement with nuance, clarity, and professionalism.
Our Core Values:
Discretion: Your issues stay confidential.
Insight: We get to the heart of what’s happening.
Integrity: Our work is grounded in fairness, neutrality, and respect.
Resilience: We don’t just uncover problems, we help you build stronger systems.
We specialize in independent, neutral investigations and people-centered risk consulting for organizations that take integrity seriously. Whether uncovering misconduct, navigating compliance concerns, or supporting small business resilience, we bring discretion, legal fluency, and strategic clarity to every engagement.
